Such a bad experience. I picked up my medicine yesterday. I was going to start using the medication today but I did not like the components from it, so I did not open it. I came back to the pharmacy to return it because I wanted to follow up with my doctor for an alternative. The pharmacist did not speak with me, and only the attendant at the window kept saying no the whole time and reprimanded me for not returning it right away. Excellent pharmacist and technicians. They know your name and are very helpful with refills and insurance claims.
Best experience today at the deli. Red head lady I believe her name was Rafaela. Super sweet, helpful and patient. I was delighted as I usually get terrible service at any deli I’ve been to at other Publix. She truly deserves a medal as the lady before me was pretty intense and rude but she kept her cool the whole time. Workers like her truly deserve to be rewarded when dealing with the public. Thanks for all your help today with my complicated order. Happy holidays
