Seriously needs an entire new staff. Every one you encounter is so rude and makes you almost feel embarrassed for needing your prescriptions. Absolutely disgusted with their lack of customer service and general people skills.
After two other pharmacies with not great experiences the people here were kind, considerate, and efficient! Definitely switching all of my prescriptions to be filled here moving forward.
Signed up for texts and just never get any! I constantly have to check the app to see if my prescription is ready. One of my prescriptions has been “in progress” for the last week and I have walked in/called twice to check already. Turns out the medication is unavailable but nobody ever bothered to give a call and let me know! And similar things have happened multiple times in the past year. The customer service is horrible and I wish I had read the reviews before signing up here. I am switching pharmacies immediately.
This pharmacy is terrible. Their text notification system does not work consistently and the pharmacist could care less. So an automated method of getting prescriptions becomes manual when you realize days later they haven’t filled it. And the pharmacist isn’t going to be bothered to help.
Slowest drive thru ever. If someone has a problem with their prescription, they should be told to come in not sit in the Drive-Thru for 10 to 15 minutes per car
