I come here monthly today I received the rudest service I have ever had The RX is always so kind and helpful Today a tech named Daniela I have never had such rude service in any Publix anywhere EVER I realize they work a lot and have a tough job but where do we draw the line as customers all we want is to be treated the same way you want us to treat you !!!
My doctor changed one of my medications, and the pharmacist took a moment to explain the difference between the old and new prescription. That extra explanation helped me avoid confusion once I got home. Very thoughtful service.
