Ugh, it hurts me to edit this review. This pharmacy's staff have helped me numerous times. From Calling doctors for refills to getting a coupon for an expensive prescription, just going the extra mile. However, there is one particular pharmacist that no matter the day or how simple the order she is always rude, makes little eye contact. She is not the person you want to find at a pharmacy counter. There is one pharmacist there that’s always rude no matter who she waits on. Never a smile for anyone hey you don’t like your job get another one
Publix Pharmacy went above and beyond when I needed them most. While visiting family, I came down with the flu and secured a Tamiflu prescription through Teledoc just 30 minutes before the pharmacy closed. Despite the late hour, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ready to assist when I was feeling my worst. Their kindness and professionalism exceeded my expectations—thank you for making a tough time a little easier.
Despite this location no longer being closest to my home, I will continue to drive the longer distance. I moved across town 2 months ago and last month I had the bright idea to pickup some refills at the store that’s literally close enough to my house to hit with a rock and let me be clear, apples to oranges. I put my refills in through the app and always select soonest available. Sending a shout out to Jorge….he is the true definition of someone who provides excellent customer service. Jorge overheard me saying there were no split chicken breasts. I then went to the produce section of the store…..he came over to me with a large package of split breasts. I thanked him, and said I didn’t want that many. He offered to remove some from the package and repackage for me. In my opinion, he went above and beyond. Thank you Jorge….you rock.
