Dear Publix, You really need to do better with this one.
This place is a disappointing excuse for a pharmacy. There weren’t any other customers around, yet I stood at the counter for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or offering assistance. The employee behind the counter either couldn’t speak or was too absorbed in the computer to notice or address customers who were clearly waiting for help. I'll be getting my prescriptions filled at a pharmacy that has real people who actually acknowledge they have a customer and that have the actual ability to assist them. Thanks publ... read more
