SO UPSET and OVER this pharmacy. For the past 6 months eveytime I try and pick up my prescription I am given such a hard time. The pharmacist tells me he won't fill them, or he picks and chooses which one he wants to fill. He has even went so far as to ask me why the Dr is prescribing me both medications. When I ask him to call the Dr's office they refuse and tell me I need to call them. I don't know what what the issue is. I was lied to from the pharmacy today that I had to book an appointment online. I checked the vaccines I wanted (Flu-65 and over) and Covid 19, selected my State (Florida) and County, Pinellas (St Petersburg) and got this message: No pharmacies are available in Pinellas (St. Petersburg) for the selected service(s). Another reason I hate Publix.
Today I had the worst encounter ever at a Publix. We love shopping there because of the great Publix people. The pharmacy people have always been helpful, kind, and caring. Something changed. I went to get a prescription, gave my name and birthdate, and the Lady acted like I was a great bother.
