Yes Staff is nice. Always check RX received , if the color of pill is different than usual bring back to Publix. Last week I picked up a Rx Refill always Pink… Rx refill received was white. The ( head pharmacist ) accused me of pouring the pills into a different bottle! I borrowed a pen and wrote correct name on bottle. I feel he should have printed out a corrected label. He gave me correct pink pill refill ⚠️
The bar is low for grocery store pharmacies but this one was both incompetent and rude. The Miami combo! Brianna was discourteous on the phone, I’m disabled and was en route to a flight and despite calling three times over the last two days and showing up at the time they requested with the documents I needed, she shamed me (in front of staff and several customers) for telling her I was wheelchair-bound and that her failure to have my Rx prepared as she promised several times on the phone was my fault. Brianna is amazing! She’s so nice and so helpful. Makes it feel like a neighborhood pharmacy.
In my opinion, Publix Pharmacies are, in general, much better than local Walgreens or CVC locations. Unlike them, Publix locations answer the phones promptly, fill prescriptions promptly, are professional and friendly, and will fill a new prescription while you're doing your food shopping. If you, like me, have found CVS and Walgreens impossibly frustrating to deal with, try Publix. So much better.
Awesome pharmacy department, quick and easy. The staff is super friendly.
