I’m a regular customer for years in all the different stores of Publix . This particular store stands out . Always good customer service , stocked & organized Today visited it to get a deli sandwich for dinner me and the husband . And a few other things . Just a heads up. There’s parking on the side of the building but the carts wheels will lock up before you can reach your car. Also their credit card machines are down and they are not telling anyone until you go to the check out lane. Here’s a tip Publix’s, put an employee at the front entrance way telling customer your CC machines are down before they spend a hour shopping. I don’t know when customer service became last on the list but things should really change. Publix’s needs to wake up and go back to the old way.

This Publix is not welcoming anymore. I had an experience that it can’t be acceptable at all. Two employees laughing on my face and speaking in English mocking at me because I didn’t give any donation. These two employees are disrespectful at any time. I am not stepping there anymore.
