We are Publik Coffee Roasters, a small batch coffee roastery & cafe in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Our roastery is also home to a 4,000 square foot event venue and two private meeting rooms that are available for rent. We believe in quality over quantity, which is why we sweat the small and the big stuff.

From the beginning I was expecting greatness from Publik, but the heirloom tomato and goat cheese toast blew my mind. Hands down best toast I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Seriously considered moving to Park City for the coffee. Can't wait for the Roastery to open!
Sometimes things are done so right you just know it instantly. Their coffee is like that.
