Great prices. Helpful staff. Clean Building
Lemlem at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I had an issue with a lost key and had to come back several times to get everything sorted out. Each time she was positive, patient, and clear about the process. Really great customer service and I appreciated how easy she made a frustrating situation.
FRAUD. somehow someway I was assigned TWO units. on the same floor upon downsizing from my 10x10 to a 5x10. They had been taking 40.00 a month (my real rental is 70.) so 110. a month. I shut down my checking account and now the unit i never approved of is in lien. (not my property) and they stated it'll go to collections...for a unit I never accessed or used..... UPDATE:07/30/2026 OFFICIALLY MOVED OUT OF THE SYSTEM. No COMMUNICATION REGARDING BALANCE, REFUND, THE ONLY COMMUNICATION IS A RATE INCREASE ON MY CORRECT UNIT!!!!!!... read more
