Lemlem has been very helpful multiple times this past year. Recently she helped get me replace my lock on my unit after losing the keys and stayed when I called and scheduled a pick up of the new set of keys. Lovely service!
Lemlem is the most amazing associate ever. She is kind, wise and was so patient and helpful during our move. Please raise her pay, she is amazing. If 10 stars was available I would give it to her.
Clean spaces and friendly service.
Pros: Lemlem was chatty and interested in what we were up to. Storage locker area and the locker itself was perfectly clean and set up for our arrival. There were dollies for free use that helped a lot with moving stuff. Cons: Our storage locker was on the top floor so there was quite a lot of waiting in the elevator (neither elevator was a service elevator that we could fill in one go) We brought our own cylinder lock to avoid a fee using the provided ones.
