I am happy to report that my lock issue was addressed in a timely fashion. After being told I would have to cut my own lock I was contacted by the area manager the next day that he could cut lock if I could wait until he was in my area. I agreed and my lock was cut and a temporary placed until I came in with my own. Thank you Nick.
