Lea is of no help. all i hear is excuses. and then gives u a number to call for ur complaints. lol BEWARE, they will sell you on discounted rents but then increases it within 1 to 3 months higher than the previous rate before the discount. SCAM. DONT FALL FOR THE DISCOUNTED RATE because after 30 to 90 days, they increase it higher than the non discounted rate you got it, such a SCAM. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I was looking for cheap storage and found this place. Had some customer service issues I was very unhappy with but they fixed it. As I've said on here more than once, I used to fly around the country teaching customer service. When I get great service, I make sure to say so. When I get horrible service, I really make sure to say that. Plus, of course, when a company fixes that problem, I make sure to say that too.
