Have been a customer of this location for about 8 years and they have always been fantastic. The customer service is great. Debra helped me today and she was very quick, nice, and even got us a small discount for being long term customers.
I had a fantastic experience at this Public Storage location, specifically thanks to Tangy. I really appreciated how quickly she responded to my initial call—her timeliness was impressive. She was incredibly accommodating and stayed patient while helping me fix a mistake I had made. Her level of customer service and follow-up was truly out of this world. It’s rare to find that kind of dedication, and she made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Tangie if you need help!
