Great experience at Public Storage! The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. Tammie was especially amazing—she was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. She made the whole process simple and stress-free. My experience in getting my first storage was pleasant. Tammie assisted me greatly and direct me accurately to where my storage located and she met me there and helped me. I went to other storages before I found this one. The cleanest and cheapest storage and nicest staff. So happy I’ve found this place. I like that I don’t have to go walk far or get to elevator with heavy loads. It’s very convenient. I prayed to God to help me find the right storage and He answered my prayer.

Tammie was so helpful in answering all my questions and getting me checked in and out. She was so kind to help me get into the gate and gave very clear instructions to downloading the app for easier access. Saved me so much time when I needed to access my unit at unusual hours. I highly recommend this public storage because of great customer service from folks like Tammie!
