I’ve had a great experience at Public Storage on Jeffrey. The facility is well maintained, the pricing is transparent, and the other customers are considerate. JP, the property manager, was extremely helpful and took the time to show us several units. With indoor and outdoor options in different sizes and price ranges, there’s plenty of flexibility to find a space that fits your needs and budget. Highly recommend!
It was 100:degrees out I was transferring from one unit to another. Had lock problems and Kyle was there to help me out so I could do what I needed . He fixed the lock problem. Him and the front office gal bent over backwards to help me out. They were amazing. Thank you. Michelle
I needed to get a storage unit but didn’t really know what size I needed so I went to the location and met Yvette. She was very helpful and showed me the different sizes I was interested in. Later I paid for a unit online and then realized I needed a larger one. After I did my transfer I was confused about some things. Yvette was kind and answered all my questions. It’s nice to have an upbeat and kind person to talk to you when you feel crazy and frustrated . Thanks Yvette!
Yvette was such a big help when handling transferring my storage units. She has great advice and Customer service. Beyond helpful.
Amazing PS location. Yvette is very very helpful. Look for her.
