Never even used them but they take you number to spam call you all the time.
A few months ago, we rented a 5x15 unit and unfortunately did not have the best customer service experience. We did provide feedback to management because moving and storage can already be such a stressful and exhausting process. HAPPY TO REPORT that our recent experience was completely different!
