Calandra is very nice
Absolutely disgusting Christopher called left a voicemail saying that I would be out in collections. I called Wellsfargo for my money back since I wasn’t able to move into the storage unit I paid for since the codes weren’t working. I was on phone with public storage customer service for over hour and a half with all my stuff. I never got to move into unit so of course I canceled the service I never received. Very grateful for Beatriz y Cassandra . She's very helpful and I always come looking for her when I need help.
Been at this location for about a year coming after leaving a different big storage brand. 0 complains since moving in. Always greeted when crossing paths with a PS employee. The hallway leading and in front of my unit is always clean and freshly swept. Any questions asked to a PS employee is answered clearly and concise.
