Absolutely disgusting Christopher called left a voicemail saying that I would be out in collections. I called Wellsfargo for my money back since I wasn’t able to move into the storage unit I paid for since the codes weren’t working. I was on phone with public storage customer service for over hour and a half with all my stuff. I never got to move into unit so of course I canceled the service I never received. I will gladly hire an attorney if this is sent to collections. My bank provided me a provisional credit since I didn’... read more
Please do not rent here I wasn’t able to move into a storage unit I paid for. And now they are threatening to send me into collections for a unit that I never got to move into. Bad service
