I'll give Tonya 5stars any day, she has helped me with all my decisions getting the space I need. She showed me 3 spaces a few times before I made a choice.
Rented here for 2 years nice clean facility.
Moved out months ago. Kept getting text about a bill , Called over and over and kept getting corporate. They said this location didn’t release the unit before the billing cycle but they would get it fixed. Months later now I get an email saying they have sent me go collections for $162.00 when I don’t even have a unit and was paid current when I moved out . Tried to call location and no response.
Marco always helping me somehow at every property I store at. You are the best kid. He provides the best customer service.
Mariea has been a great help with any and all issues that came with the unit.
