They will try anything to scam you and get more money out of you, the management is horrible and not doing anything, they double my rent with only 30 day notice and when i said I'm moving out, they charged me an extra Month ,
Fany was a charm. Very knowledgeable and patient while I explain to her my concerns regarding my storage she explained the process and was very attentive to my needs, she was very responsive with a bright direction. I highly recommend Public Storage . Thank you Fanny for your customer service and your smile made storing so much easier overall.
Very poor service and bad customer care. They also unilaterally raise prices whenever they feel like it; existing customers don't get discounts—you have to leave for a month and come back just to get rates that are nearly half the price.
Fany was so helpful and perfect. Can’t thank her enough.
lovely facility; caring staff. Kyle is exceptional manager
