I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this storage facility. When I first rented my 10x10 unit in October 2024, my monthly rate was $133. It has now increased to $231 — a nearly 74% increase in about a year and a half. When I finally got ahold of customer service, the representative explained the increase as “normal inflation,” referencing increases in food prices and the general cost of living. Kyle, the onsite manager was very helpful with choosing the size unit I needed and completing the rental paperwork.
Very happy with the service
Been here a few years and I like knowing my unit is secure, the convenience is great. Kyle keeps the place in check & his team are always helpful. My price increases about every 3 months and affordability is becoming a challenge.
