SUSANNA SUSANNA SUSANNA!!!!! Outstanding Customer Service. WWOOWWW!!!......I had lost hope in humanity until I came a across the Property Manager at PS Susanna. 1,000 Stars if I could. Very helpful and always with a smile on her face. She isn't just an employee she is an ASSET not just to PS but the world itself.
Susana was extremely awesome! We accidentally went after office hours and she kindly we t out her way to help us. She was quick, helpful and really sweet! Definitely appreciate her.
The manager of this property, Susanna was incredibly professional, her decorum, and her manners were splendid. She was incredibly helpful. She was also acutely informed of the premises and how to navigate the storage app. I could not be more happy with the process with her. She is An exemplary employee.
