I got a quote for a 5x12 unit for $32/month. That went up to $65/month within 3 months and is now over $100/month. Which is completely ridiculous for that size storage. The lady at the front counter is rude as she can be and not very friendly to say the least. She don't want to answer the phone and moving out is a chore! I moved out 3 days before my next cycle and still have not been marked for vacate. There are many other storage places that guarantee pricing and are a lot easier to deal with.
Carrir was very helpful.
We experienced a few complications locating our unit and accessing the gate, but Jax was incredibly helpful throughout the process. They went above and beyond to assist both my fiancé and me, ensuring that all of our concerns were resolved quickly and professionally. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help made a potentially stressful situation much easier. If Jax is there, you can feel confident that you'll receive the assistance you need. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
