Go to literally ANY other storage company. This place caused me issues from the beginning and I wish I could've moved my stuff with the first hiccup but unfortunately I was states away. I got locked out of my unit by an employee that didn't know what they were doing. And my lock was cut and changed without my permission. Their communication is horrible and their attitudes are even worse. If you're okay with not having access to your stuff half of the time, then this is the place for you.
Stephanie and Peiyton did a great job of explaining all the rules and helping us setup our accounts!
