The elevator is broken, but that is no reason to refund you.Think about it. If your warehouse is upstairs, you will be in trouble. The manager refused to apply for a refund. In fact, I haven't used this warehouse for a day, because I didn't go up at all when I came yesterday. I lost $118. Remind you not to fall for it again
This place has been a life saver for us! Downsizing is tough but the clean facility and awesome staff make it easier! Rob was so helpful, friendly, and made everything go smoothly for us.
