This location is a pretty good one. It is kept clean and Candace in the office is so helpful. She has not only helped me, but also my parents. She walks you through the paperwork work, so you know what you are in for. She is also always ready with a smile and a wave. However, outside of Candace's control, the big garage doors don't seem to stay working properly for long. One is stuck partially down, so the other is left open to compensate for the malfunction.
Candace is so sweet and helpful. I called needing a unit same-day and she got me in, set up, and ready to go. No muss and fuss. Thanks Candace!!!!
Candice helped me out so much. The 9720 location is awesome! Everything is so easy. The place is always clean.

The manger Candice ( I Believe that was her name ) was VERY HELPFUL & CONCERN about my items . She went above and beyond for me ! I was so lost finding my storage unit and she took the time to help me & ensure everything was ok . Thank you !
