John was amazingly helpful! He is very charismatic, attentive and he will help you out with anything. He gives the best customer service, definitely recommend looking for him and getting a storage here. He takes care of the place well.
John, the property manager, is wonderful. So helpful, going the extra mile to help customers. Had to troubleshoot a reservation and he was amazing.
