John the manager was awesome got me all put on the same account with my multiple public storage units. Hey get him a new card reader his is broken!
John was awesome! Got in, looked at a unit, did all the paperwork, downloaded the app, everything signed up and logged in in LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. Unbelievably simple experience, couldn't recommend this more.
I began using this location of Public Storage four years ago when my son suddenly passed away and I had to move things to storage immediately. The Manager was extremely helpful. I appreciate the security measures with the gate, building and elevator access. The facility has always been very clean.
Highly recommended. Been renting here for close to 3 years. Clean, secure facilities. The manager John is a huge help looking after my space and keeping the place in order.
