Jennifer was absolutely amazing and welcoming!
They are very clean and helpful but I truly wish they stop raising the rent every 6 months. This is very weird and greedy. What I the end goal for the smaller units??? You get the promotion coming in, but what, do you have to keep moving out and in?
Went in to get help lowering my rate and Debbie was able to help and it was a tremendous relief and I’m so greatful she was amazing!!!!!
Lynn at 1965 E Ray Rd location was very helpful and kind. She took care of everything and did what she said she would do. I was also helped by a man named Jacob who was also very kind and helpful. They were both great. I worked with each of them a few different times and every time was a good experience. Thanks Lynn and Jacob!
Lynn was very helpful
