I've had nothing but trouble with Public Storage company for years. That's no place that starts cheaper, so I'm forced to keep using them, even though they always raise their prices. Today was an example of one of the worst things that happens with them: they locked me out of my account. First I got signed out of the app for unknown reasons. Then it wouldn't let me sign back in.
