Well this is my 2nd go around with Public storage and the first experience was good but this time was or has been even better. Kendra is a true super star, I had went to go get my key and found out that the initial space was going to be way to small i reached out to Kendra who was able to fix that problem right upper. She made a difficult situation easy, her personality is great very customer oriented and truly cared about my issue and was able to fix that same day with no hassle or fuss. STAY AWAY. this company is a complete scam they jack up your rent whenever they feel like, not by a couple dollars but by 100s of dollars. The office people are completely useless.
