Well this is my 2nd go around with Public storage and the first experience was good but this time was or has been even better. Kendra is a true super star, I had went to go get my key and found out that the initial space was going to be way to small i reached out to Kendra who was able to fix that problem right upper. She made a difficult situation easy, her personality is great very customer oriented and truly cared about my issue and was able to fix that same day with no hassle or fuss.
