Imagine, you go into the facility sign up and they give you all the information so you can begin putting your items in storage the next morning truck full. You arrive at the facility at 6 30 am and the key pad says you "are not recognized"! No problem, I will call and get this figured out....Voice Mail! You wait 3 hours call again, VOICEMAIL! it is now 100 degrees! You wait for a call another 2 hours, call again and to Voice Mail! Time to cancel this mess! ***BEWARE: EXTREME RATE INCREASES AND MISLEADING WEBSITE PRICING*** I want to be very clear: the facility itself is clean and the staff I have spoken with have been friendly. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. When I originally rented my unit, the facility was under different ownership. At that time, I did not experience constant rate increases.
