I did everything online, and it was so easy. Once i got to the facility the front desk clerk was so friendly and explained everything step by step. I love the app. It makes it quick and easy to access everything. I love that they have dolly’s available right when you enter the facility. 10/10 recommend.
They are crooks. Everything was fine up until I moved out. I received an email with a zero balance after I moved out. Then, while out of town, they charge you a full month rent even if you move out on the 1st. Now I have no access no storage but I still have to pay for a month of use. Never doing business with public storage again.
