We loved how clean the place is. Also, that we can drive in to unload the car or to load up.
It was a easy process. The sales rep Walk me through the process very thoroughly. You guys need more workers like Donna. She was greatly appreciated and very knowledgeable
Great experience. Worked with Jodie and Martha who answered our questions and supported us, both are friendly and very knowledgeable. Always great to walk into a business and feel welcome. Fantastic service.
Update- seems to be going downhill. Lots of damaged walls, grass over a foot long. Entry door and exit door both stuck open for weeks, so ppl can just walk right in to others units. Also the mens restroom is locked. 9 out of 10 visits it's locked. Rarely see employees on site anymore. Would give 5 stars if people were managed better here. What i mean is, incredibly selfish self centered people blocking BOTH sides so no one can get in or out.
