Theresa was very helpful and pleasant.
Attending manager very helpful in correcting my payment mistake.
My boyfriend and I came in today wanting to make sure our storage unit was ready to go and had a few questions about how to access it and other things. Rob was great at guiding us in the right direction and also making sure our information was put in correctly. Thanks again for the help and making this a smooth and easy process for us!
I know it's wierd to say, but I've always wanted a storage unit. Public Storage had some great deals for this past labor day weekend, and me and my girlfriend rented one. Today, we came to check out the storage. We got to meet with Rob, who helped us update my email on the account, direct us to how to get to our storage, and explaining the rules and regs. Shout out to Rob for being a great resource! Thank you man!
