Team here was great, got me in my U-Haul fast. Easy pickup and drop off
No light at night on Parking spaces. Horrible to see. And it is ongoing for a year. They say, that they are trying to find a problem. For a year and no success?
Gem provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend working with this manager.
Sharon was extremely friendly and helped me resolve an issue that came up. She really went way beyond normal expectations to find a solution, and that's hard to find these days in customer service!!!
