Never moved in. No one there to give me a key-so that I could move in on my move in date morning. I needed to have my items off of trailer so I had to find another place to store items that morning. To add insult to injury no way to recover money - customer service direct your call to non-existent facility manager. Lost about $50. I never moved in.

I had a great experience at Public Storage yesterday. The first person I came across upon entering the office was Kristine. I was like I need a storage unit. We talked about how many totes I had to store. She showed me 2 different sizes. In the heat. Needless to say she made every step of getting set up with my storage unit a pleasure & great experience.
