I had a great experience at Public Storage yesterday. The first person I came across upon entering the office was Kristine. I was like I need a storage unit. We talked about how many totes I had to store. She showed me 2 different sizes. In the heat. Needless to say she made every step of getting set up with my storage unit a pleasure & great experience.
