If i could give 0 stars for the customer service of this company i would . I have been dealing with trying to get my refund for almost a month now and only received runaround’s since then. I first acquired a storage space June 27th paid 223 dollars for 2 months since it was advised that coming July the 1st i would have to pay another month so i just paid until the month of August which i understood.
