My storage unit was broken into, and thieves stole my belongings. Five months later, I still do not know exactly what was taken, what was left behind, or what happened inside my unit. I rented with Public Storage for over two years and always paid my rent on time. Then I received a call informing me that my unit had been burglarized. I had a wonderful experience here with Jeanette! She was super helpful and super attentive to whatever my grandma needed and answered all of her questions and help her be at ease and comfortable with dropping her items off here! Jeanette made our experience a 10/10 moment.

I came with my grandma because she needed to move her stuff into her storage and Jeanette was the most helpful person to my grandma, She’s elderly and kind of lost all the time but Jeanette was there for her. I appreciate that Jeanette you’re awesome.
