Zero stars my unit had water in it and items molded on an inside climate controlled unit and they had no interest in correcting my issue kept saying you have the insurance go thru them to replace the damaged items. We moved out of there.
Had a good experience with Public Storage. Everything was clearly explained to me and the staff were very professional. I didn’t lock my storage unit correctly one night and they notified me quickly so that I could lock it. Thank you!
Have been a customer of the Guelph location for approx 5 years. Recently I have noticed a very strong musty smell when entering the facility. I was moving some items out of my locker earlier this month and noticed multiple items covered in mold. I addressed this with the staff member on site who informed me multiple people had complained of the same issue recently.
