Excellent customer service.
Have been a customer of the Guelph location for approx 5 years. Recently I have noticed a very strong musty smell when entering the facility. I was moving some items out of my locker earlier this month and noticed multiple items covered in mold. I addressed this with the staff member on site who informed me multiple people had complained of the same issue recently. WORST PLACE, YOU WILL GET MOTHS, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Don't store your items in the Guelph location on Elizabeth Street unless you want to risk a moth infestation. The unit I was assigned had a moth infestation. The storage facility had moth traps all along all the hallways, and each trap was filled with many moths.
