It is a modern multi floor storage building with elevators. Their staff were both extremely professional and friendly. Their regular price was better than two well known competitors. My daughter rented a storage there and their transparency and details explanation of the whole process was exquisite.
Terrible experience, when we arrived they showed us to our unit , we filled the unit with in a few hours . When coming back with our last few Items we were told they gave us the wrong locker and made us move everything. At this point we no longer had any families help with the big furniture. We Didn’t even get an apology. We continue to rent here as they do have great units but the staff are not good at all. So disappointing.
Very friendly staff. They treat you like they are your family.
Excellent service. Would highly recommend!
