I was a little frustrated with PS because I came to the location several times and was unable to get into my unit. Finally caught someone. Channing was very helpful and understanding and helped me get into my unit. His customer service was very refreshing. Thank you Channing.
I was so confused on what storage unit I needed and Channing at the front desk was extremely helpful. He had a positive attitude and explained everything to me about the prices and the process. His customer service was superb and in today’s age that’s hard to find. I had to write a review. Definitely recommend this location.
