Public storage is the best of the bests here is why ,at extra space storage I was ended up paying $90 a month after 6 months of rent which was started at $50 for 5x2 units but in public storage Iam paying much less money for 5x5 unit I pay just $16 plus insurance a month and the place is air conditioned inside and outside and they have rest rooms for customers and the customer service is amazing

This place is great, I felt super safe leaving my items here. There is an app on my phone that allows me access to the building & elevator, and then a physical key & lock for the unit. When I went to move out, the trolley was broken and Justice in the front office was able to bring me a new one from the office in the matter of minutes. I appreciate her & her great customer service. Highly would recommend!

Great experience at Public Storage on Harry Hines! Justice was awesome. Super friendly, welcoming and made everything really easy. She definitely did her name Justice! Really appreciate all her help and highly recommend this location.

The staff here, especially Angela, are ALWAYS polite, courteous and professional. It's because of Angela that we've recommended several friends to them. Maria, who was there over the weekend, was an absolute gem.
