Be warned… we have been in storage 5 months and they raised our rate 40%! Talking to management… they do not care. They are still advertising the rate we signed up initially online. Apparently that is for “new” customers. 2 bedroom apartment in storage and it is like they know moving would be costly and time consuming. Stay away!
Denise was a great worker that helped my wife and I move into our space! 10/10 customer service for sure!
