I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding my storage unit rental and the customer service I received. I initially rented the storage unit on April 25 and only needed it for approximately two weeks. Shortly after, I received a call informing me that if I paid an additional amount of approximately $80, I could keep the unit for the remainder of the month and would not need to rush to remove my belongings. I had a fantastic experience at Google Public Storage! I was there with my mother to rent a unit, and Johansen was absolutely wonderful. She treated us so well, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole process really easy. I highly recommend this place!
