Service is terrible at this location. The guy sits in the front sleeping and doesn’t Offer help after cancelling my unit was. They should let her staff sleep so they know how to work throughout the day.
I've had multiple units here for about 4 years already and the bath rooms are always either dirty or out of toilet paper and soap. I don't understand with how much everyone pays of rent how they could neglect the bathrooms to this extent. It's rare that I arrive and there is toilet paper AND soap, most of the time it's one or the other and sometimes there isn't either.
