The worse storage ever they stole all my items I have made my payments just because I asked for a refund due to me forgetting about the auto payment they want to tell me I owe money and I don’t my bank account says they took money from my account and they accepted worse business ever I’m going to literally call the cops on public storage for stealing my items
I've gone with a friend who has a unit there, and the facility is well kept but, they only have one person working the entire building so there isn't always something available to help you in the office because they're either cleaning the bathrooms or sweeping one of the several floors. They get you in the door with a great price and before you know it, your price has doubled or even more. The facility is always clean, well-lit, and secure. The staff is friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help. The process to rent and access the unit was quick and easy, and the location is very convenient. I feel confident storing my belongings here and highly recommend this place to anyone in need of storage.
