Samara I love her we need more workers like her she was amazing and fantastic customer service top tier she helped find a unit and gave me great advice.
Terrible service. No one is ever there. Place flooded and they didnt let us know for WEEKS. They lied to the insurance company to try and cover themselves. Also no one is EVER in the establishment during said business hours. Corporate couldn't even get ahold of them. DO NOT STORE STUFF HERE.
Simone continues the excellence in human service that I've now come to expect from Public Storage. Storage is a commodity; Public's customer service sets it apart!
