The workers here are great people, but Public Storage as a company has been horrible to deal with. Massive price increases, gates not opening (such as today again, with no resolution), no consistent office hours ... I came here before it was public storage, stayed through the transition, and the corporate office has made it much worse.
Got a Storage Unit at the E. Walton, Pontiac office. Samara was very efficient, informative and professional. Very good experience.
Man, I have to say, Elliott is the man at this place. He's been super helpful with us at this storage facility. I greatly appreciate all you help with our unit!!
