This has been a horrible experience. My unit has flooded twice. The gutters are packed full of leaves so water runs right off the roof into the units. Even looks like water came in from the unit next door. Multiple boxes of items were ruined and they will not fix anything. I tried to switch units and they said I would be charged double for the new unit since I originally signed up during special offer. The phone number doesn't work it takes you to some automated Airbnb service and then hangs up on you. You can only talk to s... read more
