Frankly we are shocked by the positive reviews. We are guessing they are not real. We live nearby and many of us use the facility regularly for convenience. But this place is always dirty (elevators, garage, exterior), elevators are filthy, they wreak of human feces for weeks now, water fountains never cleaned, and you can never find someone in office unless they are in deep personal conversation with a customer.
