Great customer service! Thanks Maximilliano and other staff! Ok, I was actually asked by the staff to write that previous positive review when I initially rented it and they even provided a QR code. But shortly after I moved my things in, management arbitrarily reduced the access hours from closing at 9 pm to 6 pm and on weekends, they closed at 5 pm.
