The place is fine. The service is horrible. I needed to throw away a bag of wrapping paper, and they told me I couldn't use their trash can. But there's no public trash can either! And how terrible that they don't take this into account!
Whenever I go to Public Storage Laurel Rd, Bev goes out of her way and helps me with any questions that I have.
We have rented here for many years and could not have found a better place. We appreciate how clean they keep the building. We have never had any problems with insects or rodents. There are plenty of carts for moving items. The temperature is good and the people in the office have always been very friendly and helpful. We recently had to ask for assistance from the manager for our account, and Kaegan was most helpful. We never hesitate to recommend them!
Update:May 2025 just so people are aware you will not get prorated rent despite moving out after you paid. It’s ridiculous. Also the specials are good for about maybe 6 months then starts going up in price. Between March of last year and now the price doubled. And was going to go up in June 2025 to over $200/month. Review reflects the scan of these cooperate companies. Facility is newer, appears to be well taken care of.
