Terrible experience. Jeremias the district manager the worst. We rented a 10 x 30 unit online. But when we arrived it was only 10 x 15. Since the movers were already there, we had to immediately rent another 10 x 15 online. We immediately tried to get this resolved with the property manager, but it did not work so we had to get our attorney and after months of pushing and lots of money spent They finally agreed to measure the unit whereupon They realized that it was the wrong size.
