My 5 star rating is for Zariah for the great care she offered while we had to change storage units. She recognized our frustration and went the extra mile to make sure we were properly taken care of.
There was a water intrusion and Zaria has been very accommodating with helping me transfer units. I was not able to get a unit at the same location but she helped get me into a better location with climate control and easier access.
ZARIA WAS THE BEST ASSISTANT ever had. Friendly helpful and went above and beyond my every hope
Trisha is literally the best Public Storage person that you will ever meet in your life. You definitely need to go there. They do everything right they are full customer service. She deserves a raise and 10 gold stars. If I could put 10 more on there I’d give
