Do not rent a unit at 10410 E. NW Hwy. They cannot keep the basement from flooding, one of my units was broken into and cleaned out, and Public Storage customer service is below horrible. You know it is bad when the police can’t even reach the people responsible for the site to continue their investigation. BTW: The floor is discolored due to the chemical reaction from the repeated flooding, and it smells of mildew.
"Very Disappointing Experience" I rented a unit and quickly realized it was too small after just one day. I was told I could transfer to a larger unit, but I was still charged for both units, which made no sense—it didn’t feel like a true transfer. On top of that, I was forced to buy a second lock, even though my first one was only a day old. I was also charged for insurance on both units, despite only needing one. Facility is clean and secure. They have a kiosk that is staffed with live agents to assist with many tasks.
Property is small, cutesy, and very clean. Kiosk rep was very helpful and informative, She made everything easy for me. I was able to get in and out with no problems. Thank you Public Storage.
Absolutely love! Easy to find, rental process was painless online, customer service is spectacular!!
