I've been with public storage off and on when I need to storage units the property is well kept outside and inside areas are kept clean even underneath the stairs unused spaces are locked down and I ve never seen anyone setting outside the gates hoping to walk in unknown dumpsters if full are locked any other trash is placed close to the dumpster not all over any kind a way you know just in neat order I really hope other user help do the same as manager have time to do other needed needs thanks public storage...DML.
Please remember customer service is key. They have options, so take care of the customer. We are people not numbers.
