The units are fine and the location is convenient. But be very aware that they can, and will, adjust your rate whenever they want. I started renting in June ‘25 for $139/mo. and less than a year later the rent had been raised twice to $273/mo. I did sign the agreement allowing them to do this, so it’s on me, but be aware of it. I chose to move my stuff rather than deal with a company that would do this.

I recently needed a storage unit to help facilitate a move. Awny was extremely helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. After describing what I had to move, he picked out the perfect unit that was not too big or small. Overall, the facility is clean and pricing is fair.

They charge $20 extra a month on top of monthly price. They cut off your access after the 1st if you are one day behind. They call you several times a day if you are any amount of time behind. They also raised my rent on both units after one month of renting from them.
