This was my fault to begin with, but somehow I left my unit open, and it was caught by Lupe during a walk through. They will lock your unit for you, and make contact, and then need you to come into the front office to unlock the unit to make sure you lock it back yourself. I heard a voicemail after work and headed in to speak with Lupe who explained the situation, and told me it was locked up by staff. Lupe the manager was great. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very customer friendly. I would recommend anybody that needs storage to use this Public Storage.
