Edited September 2nd to one star because the response to my concern has been disappointing. It is continually so dirty, definitely not a random one-day event. Its like this every time we are here. Added more photos and videos so you can see for yourself. Lots of reviews say it's exceptionally clean but as someone who's been storing my things here for months, everything is dirty/dusty/covered in grime. The access was easy to use and the storage unit was clean, bright and secure. Carts were available to move stuff from vehicle to storage unit.
