Lots of reviews say it's exceptionally clean but as someone who's been storing my things here for months, everything is dirty/dusty/covered in grime. Which isn't the worst because it's just a storage place, but also isn't ideal considering how often prices are raised on the units. I included photos of the washroom, which is always super dirty, and often out of toilet paper or paper towel. I always try to avoid using it but sometimes have to, and it's not a good experience. Only been here a short time. Great spot. Very clean and Jung, Chetan, Jervin and Cintya are all very helpful. I have rented several units from here. Great prices and great service.
The access was easy to use and the storage unit was clean, bought and secure. Carts were available to move stuff from vehicle to storage unit.
I’m really happy with this storage place. The units are clean, safe, and easy to access. Palak was amazing—super friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. She answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend this place if you need storage, thanks to her!
